Here are some Tips on Preparing Content:

We'll need to Outline your Web Plan - Take the Web Plan you created from our EZ Web Plan Generator and let's prepare your Content.  If you think it's All Ready, just Email it to us . . . otherwise:

1)
Main Categories - What are the names of your Main Categories? (i.e. - Home, Products, Pricing, Description, Order, About Us)  Pick short descriptive names that you can create Content for.
2)
Writing Text -  Use any text editor (Notepad, Outlook Express, Word, etc.) Save some money by sending us Formatted Text ( change Fonts, add color, bold face, use italics, or bold italics, & underline , change text size, create bullet lists, and numbering) This clearly shows us how you want your Content to look.
3)

Prepare your Homepage - Write an introduction to let people know what your site is for, what you offer, why they should . . . etc.  Cover the key points clearly and SAVE your work naming it Homepage.

4)
Categories & Sections - Now open up your next Main Category.   Write a Header (title phrase) and under it start typing.  You may need to break it into sections.  Start each section with a Header.  These may later turn into sub-pages & sub-links .  This is only necessary to break down large topics and create easy navigation jumps.  Save your work.
5)
Continue Creating Content -This is only a rough draft.  Save your work naming each file the same as your Main Category.
6)
Email us your content - One Page at a Time!  If you have saved your files as Word docs, they will have to be email to us as "attachments" (on the New Mail Page open up the "Insert" menu and click on "file attachments".  Find your files and click on them to add).  Send any other files needed for that page also.
7)
Refine your content - You should also be refining your content, honing it to convey as clear and concise a message as possible.  When you have a version that is better than the last, email us with a "Replace Page" as the subject.  We'll update your pages.
